I was also have like 50%-65% of the maps + modes haven't beaten (I am not referring to the current amount of the maps), and this wasn't a full month yet! Compare to now there are much more maps and it is pretty much self-explanatory on the source of MM. Literally just keep playing, keep having fun on new map, try some YOLO strategy instead of trying to reach R200+ on the same map due to XP penalty. How I earn so much? By playing and unlock the Knowledge that gives extra money asap. But after few hours of playing, I find myself has no way to spend Monkey Money simply because there aren't anything worth to spend! After buying all heroes and skin, I was have like 20 000 MM left before they introduced new skin. When I started the game, I saw people complaining Benjamin made the game easy, cost a lot, and "essential". The insta tower system is pretty retorded also since this is a strategy game lol They updated the game to directly raise the profits they raise from monkey money,(if you cant see this you might not be able to see anything.) Im gonna assume you had your knowledge maxed out b4 the update(lucky you) I'd rather just buy an older game because microtransactions are unacceptable if they're in the game i refund that's just how i work (i literally refunded master chief collection because of the battle pass style system) For the app sales are not simply enough especially the dominance of small games and free-to-play games unlike 10 years ago. Remember that dev themselves need to earn money.

Plus the $10 can be affected by Steam sales. Paying $10 for a game from small studio that offers a lot, constant care, microtrans that aren't necessary at all to enjoy game or affect multiplayer experience.
Paying $70 for a nice AAA game but when opened during the game release, they have micro-transaction that features VIP mode which is essential for progress, expensive costume, and the game rarely receive care from dev. This will depend on the price and the context. Originally posted by AngryFace*:i personally don't support developers that put microtransactions in their games but you do you
